  • Four 30 minute follow up sessions to reinforce  changes     One 20 minute follow up session 

 

*Comprehensive Computerized Menu Nutritional Analysis 
  (detailed nutrient analysis of your diet)

*Menu Development (customized meal plans to suit your individual needs)
